Shipping Policy

Sacred Glow items are made to order in small weekly batches and packed with care before shipment. The current launch offer includes free tracked U.S. shipping.

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order leaves the workshop, you will receive tracking information at the email address used during checkout.

Carrier scans can take time to appear after pickup. If tracking has not updated after a reasonable period, contact us with your order number and we will help review the shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the package and item so we can help make it right.
