We want your Sacred Glow lamp to feel meaningful in your home. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to begin a return request.

Returned items should be in their original condition and packaging when possible. Refunds are reviewed after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping fees, when charged, may not be refundable unless required by law.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will help with a replacement, remake, or refund depending on the issue.
